Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services General Ye Win Oo received a delegation led by Major General Vanhthong Boudtavong, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Lao People's Armed Forces, at the Zeyathiri Beikman Hall in Nay Pyi Taw on the morning of June 9, according to reports.
